The mission of Prairie Land Conservancy is to "protect wildlife habitat, open spaces, natural areas, and sustainable agriculture within west central Illinois". PLC is a Land Trust Alliance-accredited organization and a division of Prairie Hills Resource Conservation and Development. With over 2,400 acres of land in our care, we work everyday to protect, restore, and enhance woodlands, prairies, and wetlands to ensure long-lasting ecosystems for wildlife to have a safe place to call home. We also want you and future generations to continue to have wild spaces to enjoy.
